3. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order through Wdypuzzle, you must be legally capable of entering into the transaction under applicable law.

By completing checkout, you represent that you are legally able to make the purchase, you are authorized to use the selected payment method, your billing and shipping information are accurate, your purchase is for a lawful purpose, and you have reviewed the applicable product details and store policies.

4. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during checkout.

This may include your full name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, delivery details, and payment information required by the checkout system.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in payment failure, additional verification, order delays, failed delivery, carrier correction charges, return to sender, or order cancellation.

You may not use the website to commit fraud, submit unauthorized payments, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, introduce harmful software, misuse promotions, submit materially false information, abuse return or refund procedures, abuse chargeback procedures, collect protected information without authorization, or engage in unlawful activity.

Wdypuzzle may restrict access where there is a reasonable concern involving fraud, security, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

6. Coffee Table Product Information

Wdypuzzle aims to provide clear and useful information about each Coffee Table.

Depending on the product, a listing may describe dimensions, materials, finish, color, construction, product weight, included components, assembly requirements, care information, photographs, and other product-specific features.

Customers should review the entire product page before ordering.

7. Product Dimensions

Customers are responsible for reviewing the listed dimensions before purchase.

Lifestyle images may make a Coffee Table appear larger or smaller depending on room size, camera angle, nearby furniture, styling, and perspective.

The written measurements shown on the product page should be used as the primary reference.

8. Measuring Your Space

Before ordering a Coffee Table, customers should consider the intended placement and delivery path.

Important measurements may include room width, sofa dimensions, walking clearance, doorway width, hallways, stairways, elevators, building entrances, and gates.

If the published measurements are accurate but the table does not fit the customer's preferred space, the matter will generally be treated as a change-of-mind return, subject to applicable law.

Minor display-related differences do not automatically mean that a Coffee Table is defective.

If the physical product is materially different from its listing, contact Wdypuzzle for review.

11. Natural Material Variation

Some Coffee Tables may use wood or other naturally variable materials.

Reasonable differences in grain, tone, texture, knots, natural markings, surface patterns, or other material characteristics may occur.

These characteristics are not automatically considered defects when they are consistent with the product description and nature of the material.

12. Assembly

Some Coffee Tables may require assembly.

Depending on the product, the package may include a tabletop, legs, base components, structural supports, hardware, fasteners, instructions, or other parts.

Assembly requirements vary by model and should be reviewed on the applicable product page.

13. Product Availability

Product availability may change.

An item shown as available may occasionally become unavailable because of inventory discrepancies, unexpected demand, product damage discovered before shipment, quality-control issues, technical errors, or product discontinuation.

If Wdypuzzle cannot fulfill a paid order, we may cancel the affected item and return the eligible amount to the original payment method.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in:

Prices may change before an order is placed.

Once an order is successfully submitted, the confirmed transaction price normally applies unless there is an obvious pricing, technical, or checkout error.

15. Pricing Errors

If Wdypuzzle identifies an obvious material pricing error before fulfillment, we may contact the customer, correct the error, allow the customer to decide whether to proceed at the corrected price, cancel the affected order, or issue the applicable refund.

Wdypuzzle will not intentionally replace the confirmed transaction price with a materially different price without addressing the issue.

16. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions may have separate terms.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes must be applied before checkout is completed, promotions may have minimum-order requirements, offers may apply only to eligible products, promotions may not be combined, and discounts generally cannot be applied retroactively.

The final checkout total displayed before payment controls the transaction.

17. Payment Methods

Wdypuzzle accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Depending on availability, these may include major credit cards, major debit cards, PayPal, and other supported online payment options.

Only payment methods actually displayed during checkout should be considered available.

18. Payment Authorization

Submitting an order does not guarantee payment approval.

A transaction may be declined because of incorrect payment information, billing-address mismatch, insufficient funds or credit, an expired payment method, bank restrictions, incomplete authentication, international-payment restrictions, or fraud-prevention controls.

Wdypuzzle cannot override a payment decision made by an independent bank or payment provider.

19. Payment Verification

Certain transactions may require additional review before fulfillment.

Wdypuzzle may review billing information, shipping information, payment status, order details, product availability, and fraud-prevention information.

Wdypuzzle will not normally ask customers by ordinary email to provide complete card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords, PayPal passwords, payment-account passwords, or one-time authentication codes.

20. Order Confirmation

After successful checkout, Wdypuzzle may send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

Customers should review the confirmation carefully.

If you notice an error involving the Coffee Table, finish, variant, quantity, recipient name, or shipping address, contact Wdypuzzle as soon as possible.

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean the product has already shipped.

21. Order Acceptance

Wdypuzzle may review an order before fulfillment.

We may hold, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as failed payment, unverified payment, suspected fraud, unauthorized transaction, unsupported delivery address, product unavailability, significant pricing error, technical error, incomplete information, or inability to fulfill the order.

If Wdypuzzle cancels a paid order, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.

22. Order Changes

If you need to change the recipient name, shipping address, telephone number, Coffee Table design, finish, variant, or quantity, contact Wdypuzzle as soon as possible.

Changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

A significant product change may require cancellation of the original eligible order and placement of a new order.

23. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within:

24 hours after placing the order

provided fulfillment has not progressed beyond a stage where the order can reasonably be stopped.

Cancellation may no longer be available after final furniture packaging has materially begun, a shipping label has been created, carrier pickup has been scheduled, carrier handoff has occurred, or export or customs processing has started.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel the order.

Cancellation becomes effective only after Wdypuzzle confirms it in writing.

24. Cancellation Fee

Wdypuzzle does not charge a standard cancellation fee for an eligible cancellation approved before shipment.

25. Shipping Destinations

Wdypuzzle currently offers standard shipping to:

United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

Shipping availability may depend on the delivery address, product dimensions, package weight, carrier coverage, and regional service availability.

26. Order Processing Time

Wdypuzzle's standard order-processing time is:

1–2 business days

Processing may include payment confirmation, order review, address verification, inventory confirmation, product inspection, protective furniture packaging, shipping-label preparation, and carrier coordination.

Processing occurs before carrier transit begins.

27. Estimated Delivery Times

Current estimated carrier transit times are:

United States: 4–7 business days
Canada: 6–9 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7–11 business days
Australia: 9–13 business days

Estimated total delivery times, including processing, are:

United States: 5–9 business days
Canada: 7–11 business days

These are estimated delivery periods and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

28. Standard Shipping Rates

Current standard shipping charges are:

Canada: USD 79.99
United Kingdom & Europe: USD 99.99
Australia: USD 129.99

The shipping amount displayed during checkout is the amount that applies to the transaction.

29. Free Standard Shipping

Current free standard shipping thresholds are:

United States: Orders of USD 699 or more
Canada: Orders of USD 899 or more
United Kingdom & Europe: Orders of USD 999 or more
Australia: Orders of USD 1,199 or more

Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, eligibility is based on the eligible product subtotal after discounts. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges do not count toward the threshold, separate orders cannot be combined, and free shipping applies to standard shipping only.

30. International Taxes and Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to VAT, GST, import duties, brokerage charges, customs-processing fees, or local carrier charges.

Where Wdypuzzle collects a particular charge during checkout, it will be shown before payment is completed.

Charges not collected by Wdypuzzle may be collected separately by the carrier, customs authority, brokerage provider, or government agency.

31. Furniture Delivery

Coffee Tables may require larger cartons, multiple packages, special carrier handling, delivery appointments, signatures, or additional carrier coordination.

Unless a product page or selected delivery service specifically states otherwise, standard shipping should not automatically be assumed to include in-home placement, assembly, installation, or room-of-choice delivery.

32. Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for considering whether the shipment can reasonably reach the intended delivery location.

This may include checking doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, entrances, gates, and other access restrictions.

Additional costs caused by customer-provided address or access issues may apply where legally permitted.

33. Tracking

Tracking information may be provided after shipment where available.

A Label Created status does not necessarily mean the carrier has physically collected the package.

Tracking updates may also be delayed during weekends, public holidays, carrier transfers, international handoffs, or customs processing.

34. Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, public holidays, carrier congestion, transportation disruption, customs processing, remote-area delivery, address problems, or failed delivery attempts.

A delayed shipment is not automatically considered lost.

35. Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect the Coffee Table shortly after delivery.

If the shipment arrives damaged, Wdypuzzle may request the order number, shipping-label photograph, outer packaging photographs, interior packaging photographs, product photographs or video, and a description of the issue.

Please keep the product and packaging until Wdypuzzle confirms the next step.

36. Missing or Incorrect Products

If you receive the wrong Coffee Table, a materially incomplete product, or a table with required hardware or components missing, contact Wdypuzzle.

Where practical, we may provide a missing or replacement component without requiring the complete table to be returned.

37. Return Window

Eligible return requests may be submitted within:

30 calendar days from the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

Return authorization is required before a product is sent back.

Do not independently return furniture to the Wdypuzzle business address unless Wdypuzzle specifically provides that address as the approved return destination.

38. Change-of-Mind Returns

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the Coffee Table should generally be unused, clean, unmodified, complete, free from customer-caused damage, returned with all originally included components and hardware, and securely packaged.

Reasonable unpacking and inspection do not automatically make a product ineligible.

39. Return Shipping Costs

For an eligible change-of-mind return:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For verified returns involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially incomplete products caused by Wdypuzzle:

Wdypuzzle covers reasonable authorized return shipping.

40. No Restocking Fee

Wdypuzzle does not charge a standard restocking fee for eligible authorized returns.

A lawful refund adjustment may still apply where a returned product has customer-caused damage, missing hardware or components, significant modification, or another condition that materially reduces its value.

41. Refund Processing

After an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, Wdypuzzle normally submits the approved refund within:

7 business days after return approval

A customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears.

42. Refund Method

Approved refunds are normally returned to the:

Refunds generally cannot be redirected to a different card, another person's payment account, an unrelated bank account, or another unrelated payment method.

43. Original Shipping Charges

For a standard change-of-mind return, original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Where a full return results from a verified damaged product, defective product, incorrect product, or Wdypuzzle fulfillment error, eligible standard outbound shipping charges may be included in the refund where appropriate.

44. Exchanges

Wdypuzzle does not offer standard direct exchanges.

If you prefer another Coffee Table, design, finish, color, or variant, you may return the original eligible product and place a separate order.

A replacement supplied to resolve verified damage, defect, incorrect shipment, or missing components is not considered a standard exchange.

45. Assembly and Customer-Caused Damage

Damage caused during customer assembly is generally different from a manufacturing defect.

This may include damage caused by over-tightening hardware, incorrect installation, forcing parts together, unauthorized drilling, painting, refinishing, dropping components, or structural modification.

If you believe a component was defective before assembly, stop assembly where practical and contact Wdypuzzle.

46. Refused Deliveries

Please do not refuse delivery simply because you changed your mind.

A refused shipment is not automatically an approved cancellation, authorized return, or approved refund.

The shipment may need to be returned and reviewed before a refund can be considered.

47. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

If Wdypuzzle allows customers to submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, or other content, customers should only submit material they own or have permission to share.

Submitted content must not knowingly be unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, infringing, abusive, harmful, invasive of another person's privacy, or spam.

Wdypuzzle may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

48. License to Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit content for public display, you grant Wdypuzzle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish that content in connection with our website, product pages, customer reviews, social media, advertising, and marketing where legally permitted.

You continue to own your original content.

49. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website materials are owned by or licensed to Wdypuzzle or WDYPUZZLE HOLDINGS.

These materials may include the Wdypuzzle brand name, logos, product descriptions, website text, product photographs, videos, graphics, icons, layouts, and original content.

Customers may use the website for ordinary personal shopping and informational purposes.

50. Restrictions on Content Use

Without authorization, you may not commercially copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit protected Wdypuzzle content except where applicable law permits otherwise.

If a material error affects an order, Wdypuzzle may correct the issue and contact the customer where appropriate.

Wdypuzzle does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting problems, software updates, security work, internet outages, payment-provider outages, or other technical issues.

55. Fraud and Abuse

Wdypuzzle may investigate conduct that reasonably appears to involve fraudulent purchases, unauthorized payments, false damage claims, false refund claims, return of a different product, deliberate removal of components, promotion abuse, chargeback abuse, or website attacks.

Nothing in this section prevents customers from making legitimate product, payment, return, refund, or consumer-rights claims.

56. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wdypuzzle and WDYPUZZLE HOLDINGS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, liability relating to a particular transaction will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

57. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Wdypuzzle is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Examples may include natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruption, customs delays, government action, labor disruption, public emergencies, transportation failures, power outages, internet outages, or service-provider interruptions.

Where practical, Wdypuzzle will take reasonable steps to communicate relevant information concerning an affected order.

58. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Customers may have additional mandatory protections depending on their state, province, country, or jurisdiction.

Where applicable law provides greater protection than these Terms, the mandatory legal requirement takes priority.

If a problem arises involving a product, payment, shipment, delivery, cancellation, return, or refund, customers may contact Wdypuzzle so the matter can be reviewed.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising a legal right or using a court, consumer regulator, payment dispute procedure, government authority, or another remedy that cannot legally be restricted.

Wdypuzzle does not intend these Terms to override rights that applicable law does not permit a business to waive.

62. No Waiver

If Wdypuzzle does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not automatically mean that the provision has been permanently waived.
